Addendums

Addendums are supplemental documents that modify, clarify, or add specific terms to an existing lease or purchase agreement. They are used to address matters not covered in the original contract or to update existing terms based on changing circumstances. Common types of addendums include pet addendums, utility responsibility addendums, maintenance obligation addendums, lease extension or renewal addendums, and property condition disclosures. Other examples include smoking policies, roommate or occupant changes, and alterations to payment structures.
