In Nevada, landlord-tenant relationships are primarily governed by: Title 10 Chapter 118 which deals with general provisions applicable to both commercial and residential leases, covering aspects such as lease agreements, the rights and obligations of both parties, and remedies in case of disputes.  Each section is outlined and linked below.
