In Arizona, landlord-tenant relationships are primarily governed laws:  Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. §§ 33-301 to 33-381 – Residential Landlord and Tenant Act which deals with general provisions applicable to both commercial and residential leases, covering aspects such as lease agreements, the rights and obligations of both parties, and remedies in case of disputes.
